ANO "Together for a Strong Country" held a practical master class "Practical cases in foreign economic activity" at the RANEPA under the President of the Russian Federation

On May 25, the ANO "Together for a Strong Country" together with the Association of Copyright Holders, Licensees, Importers and Distributors "BASIS" held a practical master class "Practical cases in foreign economic activity" at the RANEPA under the President of the Russian Federation.

The event was attended by students of the Faculty of Customs Affairs of the Institute of Law and National Security of the Presidential Academy, for whom experts and business representatives prepared a series of practice-oriented cases based on real situations in the field of foreign economic activity, customs regulation and intellectual property protection.

During the master class, the participants discussed:

  • mechanisms to protect consumers from counterfeit products;
  • interaction of copyright holders with regulatory authorities;
  • peculiarities of identification of imaginary transactions in customs practice;
  • current tools for Russian companies to enter the Chinese market;
  • key terms of foreign trade contracts and practical recommendations from experts.

Following the event, Igor Valeryevich Sergeev, Dean of the Faculty of Customs Affairs of the RANEPA Institute of National Security and National Research, stressed the importance of cooperation between educational institutions and the professional community for training future specialists in the field of customs and foreign economic activity.
